SCHOOL PRINCIPAL (Language School)

About the role

Liberty Global Language & Business School is seeking a dedicated School Principal to lead academic operations, support teachers, and maintain a positive learning environment for our students.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily academic operations and maintain teaching and learning standards.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and academic staff.
• Coordinate curriculum delivery, class schedules, assessments, and student progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Education, OPEC, and relevant authorities on school documentation and regulatory matters.
• Maintain accurate academic records, teacher documentation, and student attendance records.
• Implement school policies and promote a collaborative, professional working environment.

About you

• Must be a Thai citizen.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in teaching, academic coordination, or school leadership.

• Strong Thai communication skills and a working command of English.

• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a language school or multicultural environment is an advantage.

  Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
