Position: Receptionist

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Fluency in English is MUST.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
• Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate politely with students, parents, visitors, and staff.
• Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage the school reception.
• Handle telephone calls, enquiries, and visitors professionally.
• Communicate with parents, students, and staff.
• Maintain basic records and correspondence.
• Assist the school administration with day-to-day office work.
