School Receptionist | Temp

About the Role

• 3 Month Contract Role
• Working Hours :Mon - Thur, 7am - 4pm, Fri, 7am - 3:30pm
• Working Location: Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to visitors, parents, vendors and public enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Arrange light refreshments for school guests and official visitors.
• Manage incoming calls and route messages to relevant personnel.
• Monitor the main school email inbox and direct enquiries accordingly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services.
• Maintain accurate records in the mail register.
• Perform scanning, filing, photocopying and data entry or verification.
• Assist with appointments and room bookings.
• Maintain staff pigeonholes and organisational displays.
• Verify payment documents and supporting files before processing.
• Assist with form collection, item issuance and general office operations.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service, front desk or administrative support experience.
• School setting experience is preferred.
• Candidates with 3 years or more of relevant experience are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
