School Receptionist #Pasir Ris

Working Hours:
Mon–Thu: 7:30am–5:00pm; Fri: 7:30am–4:30pm

Key Roles

Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries; take messages and escalate as needed

Attend to student/staff enquiries and support Year Heads on attendance and student-related matters

Maintain loan records (uniforms, blazers, etc.) and manage incoming mail and distribution

Manage inventory and storeroom administration

Provide general admin support to School Leaders/Admin Managers

Collate data and prepare basic charts, tables, summaries, and reports in Microsoft Excel

Assist with collation and checking of student attendance and examination-related records

Assist with administrative and logistical arrangements for school programmes, activities, and events

Prepare and put up notices, posters, and directional materials

Assist in preparation, distribution, and collection of materials for school activities

Perform other duties as assigned by the school

Requirements

At least

GCE O-Level

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
