School Social Worker

We are seeking a School Social Worker to support students' academic and social-emotional success across partner schools.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting assessments, counseling, and case management for students
• Participating in IEP/504 plans and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
• Connecting students with community resources and providing crisis intervention
• Implementing tiered interventions such as MTSS/RTI, PBIS, and SEL
• Maintaining clear, compliant documentation of services provided
