School Speech-Language Pathologist

Keys to Communication, LLC is a small, therapist-owned business that is focused on providing quality services to our clients, while maintaining a healthy work environment for our team. We are looking for a responsible, independent SLP to join our team. The position is in a school setting and can be a part-time or full-time position that can be crafted to meet the needs of the right candidate. CFY candidates will be considered. This is an in-person position.

The candidate would be expected to:

• plan and conduct appropriate evaluations
• create and implement treatment plans (IEPs)
• record necessary data and complete appropriate documentation
• collaborate and communicate with the special education team, other SLPs on our team, teachers, and parents
• attend necessary meetings

The ideal candidate would have:

• MS or MA degree in Communicative Disorders or Speech Pathology
• Minnesota Department of Education license, or ability to obtain immediately
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Interest in working with children from diverse backgrounds with unique needs

Pay: $43.00 - $55.00 per hour
