Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day school operations.
• Regularly monitor classrooms, teachers and school discipline.
• Monitor teacher performance and address operational concerns.
• Handle school operations in the absence of the senior authority and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with parents regarding fees and other concerns.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the school with minimum operational dependency on management.
• Handle basic computer/laptop work and video meetings.
• Maintain basic Excel records.

Requirements

• Graduate
• Age: Up to 40 years
• Good communication skills
• Presentable, responsible and dependable
• Basic computer, video meeting and MS Excel knowledge
• Prior school administration/supervision experience will be an advantage.
