Job Summary

Support science lessons by preparing experiment materials and equipment, assisting teachers during practical sessions, maintaining laboratory safety and cleanliness, and managing reception duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare science experiment materials and equipment for Primary 3 to 6 lessons to ensure smooth practical sessions

Assist teachers during practical lessons by supporting experiments and enforcing laboratory safety procedures

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organize equipment, manage chemical storage, and update stock and inventory records accurately

Handle school reception duties by greeting visitors and answering telephone enquiries when not engaged in laboratory tasks

Use basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills to document and manage laboratory and administrative records

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum GCE O-Level qualification

At least 1 year of working experience in a school environment

Knowledge of procurement processes, laboratory lesson support, inventory management, and safety protocols

First-aid training is an advantage

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
