Science Teacher

Santa Maria College is a leading Catholic girls' school, founded by the Sisters of Mercy with 1,300 students in Years 5 - 12 including 150 boarders.

We are seeking an exceptional Science Teacher. The successful applicant will join a dynamic team committed to providing outstanding learning opportunities for their students. Expertise in ATAR Biology or Psychology is preferred

The position is a full-time one year fixed term commencing in Term 1, 2027.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Passion, experience and ability to teach Science including Biology or Psychology.
• Exemplary curriculum knowledge
• Capacity for innovative, engaging teaching and learning
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff and parents
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly developed ICT skills

• Appropriate teacher qualifications
• Eligibility for teacher registration in Western Australia
• Working With Children Check
