What they need
About the role
A part time, term time only, Science Technician position at Taranaki Diocesan School for Girls, working 6 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility. The contract will be in accordance with the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement Grade 2, Step 1.
Key responsibilities
- Help the Science Department with the preparation and administration of resources
- Handle chemicals in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations
About you
- Has a genuine interest in science
- Is confident working with a range of scientific equipment and has the required skills to prepare resources for classes in each field: biology, chemistry, physics and animal and plant service.
