My client is seeking a senior scientific leader to connect histopathology, translational biomarkers, and digital pathology—turning scientific evidence and sophisticated image analysis into meaningful recommendations for research teams and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead histopathology, biomarker, and tissue-based scientific programs
• Research literature and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Guide assay development, validation, troubleshooting, and study interpretation
• Develop quantitative image-analysis workflows using Visiopharm or comparable platforms
• Lead small cross-functional teams and customer scientific discussions
• Strengthen SOPs, quality systems, and scientific operations

About You

• Ph.D. in Pathology, Biomedical
• Expertise in histopathology, tissue-based assays, biomarkers, and scientific interpretation
• Skilled in literature evaluation and evidence-based recommendations
• Scientific project leadership and strong customer-facing communication
