Job Overview

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized Scientific Project Manager to lead and coordinate scientific research and innovation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scientific projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and project resources.
• Liaise with researchers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience in project management within a scientific, healthcare, or research environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
