Description

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on scientist to join our Detection & Diagnostic Advancement team. The person in this position will help design, build, and scale point-of-care diagnostic assays from early development through manufacturing transfer.

This is a hands-on, wet-lab–intensive role. The ideal candidate will be able to bring novel ideas and approaches to enhance assay sensitivity and performance, bringing new techniques for signal enhancement. The candidate will have deep expertise in assay sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility, with a strong background in assay optimization and troubleshooting in a GMP environment.

This is a regular, full-time, at-will employment position supported by a contract that is currently expected to provide funding for approximately 18 months. The funding period does not represent a fixed term or guarantee of employment for that duration. The position is eligible for the full range of regular employee benefits, and continued employment will depend on business needs and available funding.
