Job Description And Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to support research on age-related cardiovascular dysfunction using human stem cell-derived cardiac models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and characterise human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and 3D cardiac organoids.
- Establish and apply cellular, molecular and functional assays to study cardiac ageing.
- Perform imaging, electrophysiological, metabolic and molecular analyses.
- Analyse and interpret experimental data and contribute to publications and grant applications.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary research team.
Requirements
- PhD in stem cell biology, cardiovascular biology, cell biology or a related discipline.
- Experience with iPSC/hPSC culture and differentiation, preferably cardiac models.
- Strong experimental, analytical and scientific communication skills.
