Qualifications:

• M.Sc. or PhD degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10 years of post-Maters or 2+ years of post-PhD experience in academia or industry in healthcare or research labs.
• Strong technical skill in genomics or relevant field, proficient in genomics data analysis.
• Strong scientific competency through peer reviewed publications.

Role Summary:
The Scientist is responsible for executing daily laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality testing, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely reporting. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team supervision, supporting laboratory efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee routine laboratory processes and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Review laboratory work for accuracy and timely completion.
• Supervise, train, and support junior laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
