What they need
Job Opening: Microbiologist
Location: Hyderabad (Shamirpet)
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Pharma QC/Analytical Microbiology
Education: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotech) or B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Responsibilities
- Microbial Testing: Perform routine Microbial Limit Testing (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), and Sterility Testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Environmental Monitoring (EM): Conduct air, surface, and water sampling within classified cleanrooms (Grade AD).
- Validations: Assist in MLT validation, Method Validation, and Growth Promotion Testing (GPT).
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and ISO 17025 guidelines. Handle LIMS data entries and track laboratory deviations/OOS.
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with MLT, BET, and EM protocols in a pharma lab.
- Strong knowledge of global pharmacopoeias (USP, IP, EP).
- Expertise in aseptic techniques, handling autoclaves, biosafety hoods, and culture maintenance.
