• Ph.D of chemistry and materials especially with electrochemistry experience; 2. ＞2years electro-chemical related experience is preferable, no experience is acceptable for associate scientist;
• Excellent trouble shooting skill, teamwork spirit and communication skill;
• Pro-active and motivated;
• Excellent English and Chinese. Main Responsibilities:
• Understand the technical background and direction in the assigned field;
• Responsible for electro-chemical plating product development in semiconductor field;
• Responsible for fundamental study of the system, especially for each additive;
• Conduct fundamental study to understand the interaction between liquid and substrate surface; at micro level in the assigned systems;
• Develop and optimize methodologies in characterizing special chemical additives;
• Improve product performance based on customer’s feedback;
• Other project signed by manager.
