SCM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SCM Executive to manage and coordinate store, purchase, and material-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials at project sites while maintaining effective coordination with vendors, store teams, and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate store and purchase activities, including material requirements, procurement, receipt, and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, material availability, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
• Communicate regularly with site engineers to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor material movement from procurement to site and maintain proper records.
• Conduct store visits at least twice a week to physically verify material availability, stock levels, and storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records using Advanced MS Excel.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, stock statements, purchase trackers, material requirement reports, and vendor records.
• Track pending material requirements, purchase orders, deliveries, and shortages.
• Coordinate with the accounts and project teams regarding purchase documentation, invoices, and material-related issues.
• Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of SCM and store records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in SCM, procurement, purchase, stores, or inventory management.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of store and purchase processes.
• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors, site engineers, and internal teams.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to project/store locations as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple material requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
