SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SCM Functional Consultant to lead strategic supply chain initiatives within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage extensive expertise to optimize operational workflows, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain modules. The position demands a professional capable of driving complex projects from conception to execution, serving as a critical bridge between technical solutions and business objectives. Your insights will be instrumental in enhancing organizational efficiency and delivering high-value outcomes for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize backlog processes to ensure timely resolution of supply chain issues.
• Provide expert guidance on the configuration and deployment of various Supply Chain Management modules beyond core functionalities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utilizing exceptional communication abilities to facilitate smooth interactions and requirements gathering.
• Design and execute sophisticated replenishment planning strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Configure and administer Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud environments to support business needs.
• Develop and refine demand planning models to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions to align cross-functional teams and drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management and functional consulting roles.
• Proven proficiency in Backlog Management and a deep understanding of multiple SCM modules.
• Demonstrated expertise with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud platform configurations and best practices.
• Strong background in Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effective client relationship management.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional technical solutions.
