Internship Commitment

• Internship duration: Only Full final semester (minimum 6 months).
• Able to commit full‑time throughout the internship period.
• Willing to be based at plant and warehouse locations as required.
• Must comply with company safety, quality, hygiene, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support inventory control activities, including FIFO monitoring and stock accuracy checks.
• Assist with physical stock counts and update inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Support procurement activities, including PR/PO tracking, supplier follow‑ups, and documentation.
• Assist material and production planning by monitoring material availability against production schedules.
• Support coordination between procurement, planning, warehouse, and production teams.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including incoming goods checks and basic quality verification.
• Prepare basic reports related to inventory, procurement, and planning.
• Support ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance through documentation and SOP adherence.
• Assist with pallet management and coordination with sales when required.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the SCM team.
