• Supply chain improvement: Logistics layout and material-flow designing. Prepare process documents. Make sure logistics management according with MMOG requirement.

供应链过程的提升，物流的布局以及物料流的设计，对整个过程形成文件，并确保物流管理以MMOG为需求进行改进。

• Prepare delivery schedule according to customer forecast and delivery, inquiry EDI and sales orders information for automotive customer, make sure 100% on time delivery; prepare the transportation and packing solution. 基于客户的预测和发货，根据EDI和销售订单信息确保客户交付OTD100%，同时提供运输和包装的解决方案。
• Evaluate the whole inventory stock and capacity information at the same time base on the sales forecast and orders to generate the production schedule. 评估整个供应链库存及产能信息，同时审核客户释放的预测能顺利转化为生产计划以满足客户需求。
• Set the inventory KPI, improve inventory turnover, build KANBAN and consignment purchasing mode.

制定库存KPI，并不断改进库存周转率，通过建立看板和寄售模式来改善库存指标。

• Analysis the IQR and over 12+months inventory and improve IQR rate.

分析库存质量占比以及超过12+月库存物料信息，并不断提升库存产品的质量。

• Prepare related APAC and manufacture reports/analysis within the required schedule in order to support decision-making.

按时准备相关的报表及分析。

• According to the customer order and forecast calculate the sales Forecast and inventory Forecast.

根据客户的订单和预测给出销售及库存预测。

• Organize the company's mid-term and final inventory plan, and carry out activities as well as the analysis and reporting of final statements.

组织公司的期中和期末盘点计划，并开展活动以及最终报表的分析和汇报。

• Update and upgrade the internal management regulations and make internal procedures to guide employees to work according to the procedures and procedures. 部门内部管理规定的更新升级，以及内部流程的制定，以引导员工按照流程和程序文件进行作业。
• Warehouse daily management: receiving, refeeding to production, packing, delivery to customer, inventory data handling in ERP system, stock-taking, 5S and visualization. 仓库的日常管理，从收发料到包装/生产到最终交付客户的在ERP系统中的运作，库位占有率，5S标准及流程实施。
• Make sure inventory accuracy and FIFO and traceability, warehouse management meeting customer requirement and IATF16949 requirement. 确保库存准确率以及物料的先进先出的管理，库房的管理来满足客户及IATF16949 的需求。
• Participate The 3rd part warehouse and transport supplier selecting and management, make sure the 3rd part Vendor operating meeting customer requirement and IATF16949 requirement. 参与三方库及三方物流的选择和管理，并确保三方库以及供应商的操作可以满足客户及IATF16949的要求。
• Guide the department continuous improvement and training to the staff and improve their ability 带领整个部门人员不断持续改进，并不断培训员工提升他们的个人能力。
• Work with other department to finish the logistics audit of supplier. 参与团队中完成对物流供应商的审核。
• Support to implementation of ISO45001 and ISO14001 management system. 支持ISO45001和ISO14001管理体系的实施。 职位要求：
• Bachelor's Degree or above 本科及以上
• More than 5 years related experience in a global environment with a mid-sized company (preferably automotive sector). 5年以上外企相关工作经验（汽车行业优先）。
• Proficient in MS Office, familiar with ERP accounting module as a functional end user 熟练操作MS Office, 熟悉ERP（D365优先）。
• English can workable 英语可做工作语言。
• IATF16949&MMOG/ISO 14001 training

经过相关IATF16949/ISO 14001 /MMOG等相关培训或审核（优先）。
