SCM Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกห่วงโซ่อุปทาน)

About the role:

Plan and control the end-to-end supply chain from demand forecasting, production and material planning to delivery to achieve on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels and efficient capacity utilization, while serving as the key SCM liaison between the Thai plant and Korean headquarters.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly S&OP process with Sales, Production and Purchasing to align demand and supply plans
• Develop and review demand forecasts from customer orders and forecasts, and track forecast accuracy
• Build the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and production schedules aligned with capacity, manpower and equipment
• Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) and purchase requisitions, including long-lead imported materials
• Manage inventory (RM, WIP, FG) to target levels and reduce excess and obsolete stock
• Ensure on-time delivery, coordinate import/export logistics, and manage plan changes and shortages
• Coordinate with and report SCM performance to management and Korean HQ, including capacity plans and budgets
• Set and track SCM KPIs, drive continuous improvement and ERP system utilization
• Maintain SCM documentation for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and the supply chain contingency plan (BCP)
• Lead, develop and evaluate the planning team.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/SCM, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 7-10 years in production planning/SCM, including 3+ years as manager or assistant manager, in electronics, semiconductor or automotive manufacturing
• Strong ERP skills (e.g., SAP PP/MM) and advanced Excel
• Good command of English; Korean is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, Lean, or APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
