In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of materials and components needed for the production of our EV chargers. You will play a key role in ensuring we have the right materials at the right price and time to meet our production demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers of electronic components, raw materials, and other manufacturing necessities.
• Source and negotiate competitive quotes for materials and components.
• Manage purchase orders, track inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate purchase order documentation and ensure adherence to company purchasing policies.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to understand material requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BTech EE, ECE.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Experience with sourcing electronic components and raw materials is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
