SCM Solution Specialist (SAP SD/LE)

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional to join a growing team responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing business-critical SAP solutions across sales, logistics, and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong SAP SD and LE expertise, hands-on project implementation experience, and exposure to EDI integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to improve processes, and deliver system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Design, configure, and enhance SAP SD processes covering order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and related logistics functions.
• Drive SAP project implementations, system enhancements, and rollout activities from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Support and optimize Logistics Execution (LE) processes, including outbound deliveries, shipment-related activities, and integration with supply chain operations.
• Participate in solution design workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Manage EDI integrations and support connectivity with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, MM, FI, and supply chain functions to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, SAP Analyst, or SAP Solution Specialist.
• Strong experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience supporting SAP Logistics Execution (LE) , including delivery and logistics-related processes.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation project.
• Experience working with EDI integrations , IDocs, or external system interfaces.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, FI, or supply chain applications.
• Ability to work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
