SCM Supervisor

Placement: Cikande, Serang, Banten

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Ensure raw material availability to support production processes in plastic and composite manufacturing.
• Monitor material planning, stock levels, inventory accuracy, and material movement to prevent production delays.
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, QC, and Warehouse to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, procurement lead times, and logistics activities.
• Control inventory costs, material shortages, excess stock, and warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop supply chain personnel while driving continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in plastic, composite, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement, material planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Familiar with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain KPIs.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing operations, FIFO, 5S, K3, and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
