We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SCN Assistant Director to support the strategic development and operational management of our SCN programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in higher education administration, program development, and academic leadership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that enhance educational quality, secure research funding, and foster collaborative partnerships within an academic institution. The Assistant Director will play a pivotal role in managing personnel, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of educational programs aligned with institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs related to the Specialized Centers Network (SCN), ensuring alignment with institutional standards and strategic objectives.
• Supervise personnel involved in our SCN program administration, including hiring, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on our SCN program outcomes, research activities, and funding status for institutional review and strategic planning purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SCN project management within higher education or educational settings, with a focus on program development and administration.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of faculty or administrative personnel in an academic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Experience in budgeting, personnel management in education settings, and working within academic institutions is highly desirable.

Pay: $58,200.00 - $70,200.00 per year
