该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Engage clinical site especially PI & SubI, to ensure timely subject recruitment. As well as identify the barrier of recruitment; develop the resolution by leveraging the resource of Hopemed, CRO, SMO, or other possible parties. Conducts onsite visits to ensure the well-being of site monitoring & site management conducted by CRO resource, from clinical operation aspect. Identify the site issue and track till proper closure by the resource of Hopemed or CRO. Escalate the site issue or risk identified, for timely resolution or mitigation by involving necessary high-ranking resource

Provides trial status tracking and progress update to the study team as required. Qualification/Requirements Minimized qualification requirements (education, training, experience), includes academic degree, working years etc. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in pharmacy or medical related.

At least 2 years clinical experiences.

Minimized acceptable skills and capabilities, such as operational skill, foreign language, computer and communication capability. Good learning and communication skills, effective time management and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Written English capable
