• Preparing floors and surfaces before screeding.
• Mixing cement, sand, water, and other screeding materials to the required proportions.
• Applying screed evenly across floors.
• Using straight edges, screeding bars, spirit levels, and other tools to achieve accurate levels.
• Ensuring floors have the correct thickness, slope, and gradient where required.
• Compacting and levelling screed to achieve a smooth and durable surface.
• Repairing uneven, cracked, or damaged screed surfaces.
• Preparing surfaces for tiling, painting, vinyl, or other floor finishes.
• Measuring floor areas and calculating the required quantity of materials.
• Working with masons, tilers, carpenters, and other construction workers.
• Cleaning and maintaining screeding tools and equipment.
• Following construction specifications, quality standards, and site safety procedures.

Pay: ₦140,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
