Screen Press Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented 1st shift Screen Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and understand job packets, work instructions, and drawings.
• Set up, operate, and clean production presses.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Accurately count completed parts and production quantities.
• Complete all required production and quality paperwork.
• Catch finished parts at the end of the production line and stack them neatly.
• Assist with pre-press and post-press operations.
• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
• Assist in other departments or production areas as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand job instructions and basic drawings.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in production schedules and priorities.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work at the scheduled start time.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and work in different production areas.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 5:30am - 1:00pm

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:

• Screen printing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Machine operation: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
