The Role

We're looking for a dependable Screen Print Catcher to join our team in our brand-new, fully climate-controlled (100% HVAC) facility in Farmers Branch, TX.

This position plays a critical role in our production process. You'll be the final quality checkpoint before garments are packed and shipped to customers across the country. You'll catch garments coming off the conveyor dryer, inspect them for quality, pack completed orders, and prepare shipments for delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Catching garments as they come off the conveyor dryer (often two rows of garments at the same time)
• Inspecting printed garments for quality, including print placement, color consistency, registration, curing issues, and garment defects
• Counting, and packing completed orders
• Communicating quality concerns to production team members and supervisors
• Assisting other departments as needed

• Can identify defects and inconsistencies quickly and accurately
• Works well in a fast-paced production environment
• Can stay focused while performing repetitive but important tasks
• Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
• Is dependable and has strong attendance habits
• Is comfortable using shipping software and printing shipping labels (a plus, but not required)

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding job - requiring repetitive movements and standing on your feet.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the day
• Ability to lift and move boxes and garments up to approximately 50 lbs
• Ability to work around production equipment in a manufacturing environment
