Screen Print Operator

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Job description:

Uticom is a rapidly growing graphics manufacturing company located west of Coatesville, PA. We are seeking a Printing Assistant to help us in meeting the demands and volume of our screen printing department.

Job tasks, Responsibilities & Skills

• Assist in operation of press including loading & unloading of material, and ink handling.
• Setup and operation of screen equipment, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Gathering correct materials and inks needed to run job.
• Cross-train to work on other presses and learn operator skills for possible advancement.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all departmental equipment, and work techniques.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures for conduct, safety, quality and housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong ability to work with the team as well as independently.
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work weekends as needed
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs

• Full Time: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
