Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Screen Printer to operate screen-printing equipment and produce high-quality printed garments and other products. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, reliable, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual or automatic screen-printing equipment.
• Prepare screens, inks, squeegees, and other printing supplies.
• Align and register designs accurately for multi-color printing.
• Mix and match inks according to specified colors and production requirements.
• Load and unload garments or other materials onto printing equipment.
• Inspect finished products for print quality, color accuracy, registration, and defects.
• Make adjustments to equipment and printing processes as needed.
• Clean screens, equipment, work areas, and tools after production.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and production team members regarding job requirements and issues.

Qualifications

• Previous screen-printing or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of screen-printing techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques.
• Able to reliably commute to work/have transportation to get to work.

Work Environment
Fast-paced production environment requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and consistent quality while meeting production deadlines.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
