Screen Printer (Experienced)

ReSourceUSA is a contract-only screen printing partner, producing high-volume, multi-color jobs for clients who depend on us to deliver consistently.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Operating automatic screen printing presses (M&R experience a plus)
• Setting up jobs, including screens, inks, and registration
• Running multi-color jobs with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitoring print quality throughout the run
• Troubleshooting issues on press (without slowing everything down)
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations
• Working with the team to hit production deadlines

What We Expect:

• Proven screen printing experience (this is NOT entry-level)
• Strong understanding of registration, ink consistency, and curing
• Ability to manage time and keep production flowing
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Reliability and accountability (if you say you’ll be there, you’re there)

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience on M&R automatic presses
• Can handle high-volume production runs
• Have leadership or team lead experience

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday (10-hour shifts)
