You have 2–3 years of experience running automatic screen printing presses and are looking to grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. If you’re passionate about the craft and want to push the boundaries of your printing abilities, this role is for you.

About Us

Tiny Fish Printing is a community-driven screen printing company in downtown Rochester, NY. Our production floor runs four automatic presses, and we specialize in water-based inks, high-color simulated process, and other advanced print techniques. We’re a tight-knit team of 40+ professionals dedicated to producing some of the best print work in the industry.

What You’ll Do

As a Printer at Tiny Fish, you’ll spend most of your day focused on the hands-on craft of screen printing:

• Set up, calibrate, and run automatic presses based on detailed work orders and mockups.
• Maintain print quality standards throughout each run.
• Break down presses efficiently at the end of jobs.
• Collaborate closely with production leads and teammates to keep workflow smooth.
