Screen Printing Automatic Press Operator

The Position

We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience operating M&R automatic screen printing presses and understands the fundamentals of commercial garment printing.

You don't need to know everything, but you should be comfortable working in a production environment and have enough experience to contribute without starting from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate M&R automatic screen printing presses.
• Assist with registration, ink setup, and press adjustments.
• Produce clean, consistent prints while maintaining production efficiency.
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot common printing issues, including registration, ink coverage, and curing.
• Assist with press breakdowns, cleanup, and routine maintenance.
• Follow work orders and production instructions accurately.
• Work with other production team members to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with M&R automatic screen printing presses.
• Working knowledge of the garment screen printing process.
• Familiarity with plastisol inks, registration, and basic print troubleshooting.
• Ability to maintain quality while working at production speeds.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of commercial screen printing experience.
• Experience with multicolor printing and automatic press setups.
• Familiarity with flash curing, underbases, and specialty garments.
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
