Screen Printing Operator

Job Overview

We need experienced screen printers to help us grow. Experience with M&R automatic presses preferable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output
• Manage color calibration and color matching processes to achieve consistent results across multiple prints
• Interpret production documents, including layout designs and technical specifications, to accurately produce prints
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on printing equipment to prevent downtime
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to detect and correct defects
• Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to prepare artwork files for printing
• Assist with prepress tasks such as film cutting, paper binding, and preparing screens for printing operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating automatic screen printing machinery
• Strong understanding of color management principles and print quality standards
• Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to meet production deadlines

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
