We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team.No screen printing experience is required,we're willing to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Position Summary

As a Screen Printing Production Specialist, you'll be involved in nearly every aspect of our custom apparel production process. This is a hands-on position where you'll learn screen printing from start to finish while also assisting with embroidery, heat press production, packaging, and other production duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare screen printing jobs
• Burn and reclaim screens
• Mix inks and prepare artwork for production
• Operate manual screen printing equipment
• Print garments while maintaining high quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Fold, package, and prepare completed orders
• Assist with embroidery and heat press production when needed
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient production area
• Work closely with the production team to meet customer deadlines

• High School Diploma or GED
