Job Description

As a Screen Print Assistant / Operator, you will support the screen printing production process for high-quality heat transfer products used by global apparel brands, sports teams, and manufacturers. You will play an important role in preparing print jobs, mixing inks, supporting production activities, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Working within a highly skilled production team, you'll gain experience with specialized printing technologies, color management, and chemical processes in a modern manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare inks according to Pantone color specifications and customer requirements
• Check ink quality and viscosity before production starts
• Maintain ink inventory levels and document customer-specific formulas
• Prepare screen printing equipment and production materials
• Assist operators during printing runs by loading and feeding materials
• Monitor print quality and report deviations or machine issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle inks, chemicals, and waste according to safety and environmental procedures

Profile

• Experience within screen printing, graphic production, manufacturing, or a similar environment is an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
• Ability to work accurately with formulas and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality when working with colours, materials and production specifications
• Good command of English or Dutch
• Team player with a proactive mindset

Employment Conditions

• Permanent position
• Salary between €33,000 and €50,000 per year, depending on experience
• Full-time position
• Location: Oegstgeest, South Holland
