Screen Printing Press Operator - Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
• Maintain accurate registration, color consistency, and print quality
• Monitor production to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot printing issues to keep jobs running smoothly
• Perform routine press maintenance and adjustments
• Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications

• Experience operating an automatic screen printing press preferred
• Manual press experience will be considered
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Experience with M&R equipment is an asset

Compensation

$17.60 – $21 per hour based on experience

• Full-time, permanent position

Starting compensation is determined by press experience and production capability.
