Screen Technician & Screen Supervisors

Warrikal is seeking experienced Screen Technicians and Screen Supervisors to join our shutdown crews across the resources sector. Whether you’re hands-on with screen maintenance or experienced in leading crews on site, we’re looking for people who take pride in delivering safe, quality work in a fast-paced shutdown environment.

About The Role - Supervisor You’ll lead screen maintenance crews on site, coordinating people, equipment and work scopes to deliver shutdown targets safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and coordinating crew workloads, resources and shutdown priorities.
• Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and field-based safety activities.
• Coordinating with planners, client representatives and other trades to manage work interfaces and isolations.
• Overseeing screen maintenance scopes, including panel and deck changeouts, liners, feed boxes, spray bars, exciters and drive components.
• Monitoring progress, reporting issues and managing scope changes.
• Coaching and supporting your crew while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

About You - Technician You’ll have proven experience supervising screen or fixed plant maintenance crews in a shutdown environment, backed by a strong hands-on understanding of screen maintenance.

Qualifications and Tickets

• Supervisors - Appointed Person - Schedule 26
• Working at Heights and Confined Space (issued within the last 2 years)
• Gas Test Atmosphere and Basic Fire Attack (issued within the last 5 years)
• Construction White Card
• Current Australian C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
• Rigging/Dogging tickets (desirable)
• Current working rights in Australia
