Screening and Selection Analyst

Help identify the next generation of pilots.

Alpha Aviation Group Philippines is looking for a Screening and Selection Analyst to support the selection of high-potential candidates for our Pilot Cadet Program.

This role is responsible for conducting candidate screening, aptitude and psychometric assessments, structured interviews, and selection evaluations while ensuring a fair, objective, and high-quality selection process aligned with aviation and partner airline standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screen applicants based on program, regulatory, academic, and medical requirements.
• Administer and evaluate aptitude, cognitive, psychometric, and behavioral assessments.
• Conduct structured and competency-based interviews.
• Coordinate the end-to-end cadet selection process and panel evaluations.
• Prepare candidate profiles, assessment results, and selection reports.
• Collaborate with training captains, assessors, and airline representatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
• Analyze selection data and student feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support orientations, student activities, and other initiatives throughout the student journey.
• Ensure compliance with applicable aviation standards and internal policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Licensed Psychometrician.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, assessment, or selection.
• Experience in pilot cadet screening, aviation recruitment, or psychometric assessment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of psychometric and cognitive assessment tools.
• Strong analytical, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Highly objective, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong judgment and ability to assess potential, not just credentials.
