Screening Recruiter

We are a US-based marketing company specializing in door-to-door sales staffing. We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruiter to support our hiring needs for our door-to-door sales team and occasionally marketing roles. You will be responsible for posting our job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job posting sites. You will also be responsible for conducting initial screening calls and directing applicants through the recruitment process. Our determining factor of success in this role will be the retention rate of door-to-door candidates from the first round interview into the second round interview.

Fully remote.

Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Salary: $1,000/monthly

Hours: 8AM to 5PM CST - 1 hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Refresh job listings as needed.
• Find new and upcoming job boards to advertise job listings.
• Conduct initial resume screenings.
• Screen applicants over the phone and schedule qualified applicants for interviews using an auto dialing system.
• Build rapport with applicants and represent the face of the company.
• Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails from candidates in a timely manner.
• Utilize our automated system to confirm daily interviews. Follow up with candidates who have missed interviews.
• Verbally communicate directions to the office suite and clear up any directional confusion.
• Manage the overall digital footprint of the company by checking recent company reviews and updating the website with new job postings.
• Communicate with the market manager on a daily basis to provide updates.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly in sales or marketing roles.
• 2+ Experience with remote interviewing, especially via Zoom.
• Strong verbal English skills.
• Ability to track and hit metrics for candidate intake and retention.
• Comfortable on the phone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates quickly.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with high volume, entry-level role positions.
• Familiarity with the platform, Applicant Stream.
