Screw Machine Operator

Tribal Manufacturing is seeking a Screw Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical ability, can run multiple machines, and is committed to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Brown & Sharpe screw machines to meet production and quality standards
• Perform tooling changes, adjustments, and minor maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints; use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Inspect parts and document results accurately
• Follow safety procedures, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous screw machining experience preferred; willing to train the right applicant.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Ability to lift/move materials and stand for extended periods
