Screw Machine Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on engineer to join our manufacturing team and help keep our multi-spindle screw machine operation running at its best. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid shop-floor foundation who wants to grow into a long-term career in precision manufacturing.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop dovetail form tools for multi-spindle screw machines
• Create and revise part and tooling drawings in AutoCAD
• Build 3D models to support tooling design and process planning
• Create and maintain process documentation, including setup sheets, tooling specifications, and work instructions
• Work with set-up and production staff to improve cycle times, tool life, and part quality
• Troubleshoot tooling and process issues on the shop floor

What you bring

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
• Understanding of how tool geometry affects part quality and machine performance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to write clear, organized process documentation and keep drawings accurate and up to date
