Job Summary:
Responsible for operating a road or construction marking machine to accurately apply lines, markings, and reference points according to project plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the scriber/marking machine safely and efficiently.
- Apply accurate lines and markings as required.
- Follow approved drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
- Inspect and maintain the machine before and after use.
- Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure proper alignment and accuracy of markings.
- Report equipment defects or work issues.
- Follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
