Create medically accurate, audience-first content that builds trust, retention, saves, shares and follower conversion without compromising clinical integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate dermatology expertise into clear, conversational, high-retention scripts.
- Research and fact-check ingredients, formulations, product claims and clinical evidence.
- Identify the clinical insight or decision behind every topic.
- Turn real patient concerns into relatable, actionable content.

- Explain complex dermatology in simple language without losing medical accuracy.
- Critically evaluate skincare marketing and distinguish claims from evidence.

Non-negotiables:-
No generic advice. No repetition. No unsupported claims. No exaggerated evidence. No fear-mongering. No brand bias.
Every script must leave the viewer with one clear insight, decision or action they can use.
Task for the candidates:
Option 1 Melasma
Topic: Your melasma keeps coming back despite using the right creams.”
Cover:
- Why melasma is recurrent
- UV vs visible-light relevance
- Why SPF number alone isn’t the whole decision
- Tinted/iron-oxide sunscreen
- One clinically useful takeaway
Challenge: Explain the distinction without making sunscreen sound like a cure.
Option 2 — Skincare Ingredients
Topic: “Two products contain the same 10% active. Why would a dermatologist choose one over the other?”
Cover:
- Active concentration vs complete formulation
- Vehicle/formulation differences
- Supporting or overlapping actives
- Irritation/tolerability considerations
- How the skin concern changes the choice
Challenge: Teach the viewer how to compare products without simply declaring one “better.”
Evaluation -
Medical accuracy | Clinical reasoning | Retention | Simplicity | Originality | Patient relatability | No repetition
