Overview:

We are looking for a creative and imaginative Script Writer who can develop engaging, original, and impactful scripts for video shoots, brand films, advertisements, promotional videos, reels, digital campaigns, and other creative productions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability, understand audience psychology, and be capable of converting creative ideas and brand objectives into compelling scripts. The candidate should also be comfortable collaborating with creative teams, directors, cinematographers, and production professionals to bring concepts to life on screen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative scripts, concepts, and storylines for advertisements, brand films, promotional videos, and digital content.
• Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
• Create concepts and scripts for product shoots, lifestyle shoots, corporate films, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop storyboards, scene breakdowns, dialogues, voice-over scripts, and shot-wise descriptions as required.
• Understand client briefs, brand objectives, target audiences, and campaign requirements before developing scripts.
• Research brands, industries, competitors, and audience trends to generate fresh and relevant creative ideas.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, video editors, directors, cinematographers, and production teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative concepts for upcoming shoots and campaigns.
• Adapt scripts according to client feedback, production requirements, budgets, and creative direction.
• Ensure scripts are practical for execution during shoots and align with the intended visual storytelling.
• Develop multiple creative approaches and variations for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging content formats, advertising trends, storytelling techniques, and viral video concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in scriptwriting, creative writing, advertising, or video content development.
• Excellent storytelling, conceptualisation, and creative thinking abilities.
• Strong command of written English and Hindi.
• Understanding of video production, filmmaking, camera shots, scene transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to write engaging hooks, dialogues, narratives, and compelling calls to action.
• Understanding of social media content formats, digital advertising, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accept creative feedback and refine scripts accordingly.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, production house, or creative studio.
• Basic understanding of storyboarding, screenplay formatting, and pre-production planning.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original scripts, video concepts, advertisements, or completed productions.
