Scrub Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist surgeons during operations, ensuring a sterile environment and maintaining patient safety.
• Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning, disinfecting, and positioning them on the operating table.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures performed, including medications administered and supplies used.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience as an Orthopedic Scrub Nurse or Operation Theatre Technician (OTT).
• Strong knowledge of arthroscopy, orthopedics, trauma surgery, and surgical techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
