SCRUB TECHNICAL SUPPORT

About the role

Prudence Medtech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Scrub Technical Support professional to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur (KL). In this role, you will provide technical support during surgical procedures, assist surgeons and operating theatre staff with medical implants and instruments, and ensure the smooth execution of surgical cases. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the medical device and healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and check implants and instruments before surgeries
• Support surgeons and operating theatre staff during surgical procedures
• Provide product and technical support during surgeries when required
• Coordinate with hospitals on surgery schedules and implant requirements
• Record implant usage and maintain accurate documentation
• Check, pack, and manage instruments after surgeries
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions when required
• Build good relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff
• Attend product training and maintain knowledge of company products
• Perform other duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Healthcare-related qualifications are an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• OT, scrub nurse, or surgical support experience is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Comfortable working in hospital and operating theatre environments
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Able to work flexible hours based on surgery schedules
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
