Scrum Lead

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to drive agile delivery across multiple interlocking teams. This isn't a single-team, single-backlog role. You'll coordinate sprint cadences, releases, and dependencies across teams that ship in lockstep, often under hard external deadlines (major sporting events, launches, migrations). We need someone who can facilitate and who understands what's actually happening in the codebase and pipeline well enough to keep ceremonies grounded in reality.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
• Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and best practices
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team productivity
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Support release planning, roadmap execution, and dependency management
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality
• Ensure Agile governance, standards, and compliance are followed
• Assist in resource planning and capacity management

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery and Scrum facilitation
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies
• Azure DevOps / Jira
• Stakeholder Management
• Sprint Planning & Execution
• Risk & Issue Management
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, Kanban, and Lean principles
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Location: Fort Worth, TX (3 days)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $55.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
